The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) is the national association representing America’s pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). PMBs negotiate drug prices and rebates, increase the use of generic drugs, encourage competition among pharmacies, and expand home delivery. PCMA sought out Yes& to strategize and create a digital campaign educating key demographics on what PBMs do and their value to the public. In working with the marketing team we strategized campaign objectives to build awareness and positive sentiment of PBMs and encourage the sharing of information, resources, and tools. I art directed and created digital ads, ads in-market, paid and organic social, print ads, and email blasts, along with wireframes and front-end design for the campaign microsite.
