GiGi New York manufactures women’s handbags and employs a marketing model that emphasizes digital campaigns. During my time as GiGi’s lead graphic designer, I supplied the digital marketing material that drove sales. I conceived and created two to three email blasts per week, working directly with the company’s owner to showcase the season’s latest styles, colors, and designs. My designs foster an aesthetic and brand messaging that ensures consistency across GiGi’s homepage, digital ads, and social media posts. In order to create a variety of designs to highlight the company’s many offerings, I art directed our photographer and staged featured products, while also taking my own photographs when necessary, and also added to the copywriting process.
